Part 6 of a series of avatar art I made for a Secret Santa thing on Gaia; my victim was Cherrieee, who always makes the most beautiful scenic avatars, so of course I had to try to draw them~
It was good practice for the one thing I suck at, backgrounds, and especially speedpainted backgrounds xD;;a

Roses... Oh man, roses. I love them to death, and I love drawing them, until I actually start drawing a bunch of them, and then I remember why I usually keep the amount of roses in any given drawing at one or lower @______@;; My hand hurt like a bitch by the time I was done shading them, even after taking several breaks... Still, super pleased with how the shading turned out <3
Also, Nanzzy discovered a new handy brush for tree leaves in her default GIMP settings, and proceeded to improve on her trees~
